1. Shipping Information We are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders placed on our website, both domestically and internationally.

Crafting & Delivery Timelines:

• Production Time: 3 to 10 business days before dispatch (may vary depending on order volume).
• Delivery within Romania: Shipped via local courier services. Estimated transit time is 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
• International Delivery (Rest of the World): Shipped via Poșta Română (Romanian Post) or other affordable international courier options. Estimated transit time is 5 to 30 business days, depending on your location and local customs clearance.

Note for Digital Products (PDFs): Digital items incur no shipping fees and are available for immediate download or sent via email upon payment.

2. Return Policy (Physical Products) We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted leather item. If you wish to return a physical product, the following terms apply:

• Standard Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your package to request a return.
• Condition of Items: Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs to send the product back to our studio in Brașov, Romania.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Digital PDF Patterns: Non-refundable once downloaded or delivered.
• Custom Orders: Items crafted with custom engravings, initials, or specific modifications requested by the customer cannot be returned.
